User Manual - Online KYC Form

Individual KYC User Manual (For Institutional Please go down) 

If you are the first time user and going to open PMS through online then you need to Sign Up the following form.

  • In Full Name column please write your Full Name,
  • In Mobile No write your 10 digit mobile number,
  • In Email column please write your valid email address because system will send you the Link for the login,
  • In password field please write your desire password (One capital letter, one special character, including one number with at least 8 digit alpha-numeric password)
  • In confirm password please repeat the previous password.

After entering the basic information in Sign-Up then the system will send you email on your mention email. After clicking the link on your email you will get the following Login screen;

  • On this Login Screen you need to enter your mail address and password which you have entered in previous Sign-Up screen. 

After the Login you will get the first screen of Online KYC, in this screen need to insert one recent passport size photo. After the photo, click on Next bottom for the next tab; Individual.

** If you are unable to complete the documentation at the running time then you can Save as Draft for the next attempt. You can complete the process in another time.

In the Individual detail form, you need to fill-up the basic information about yourself.

In the permanent address form you need to fill-up the permanent address according to your citizenship or the place where you live permanently.

In current address form, if your current address is same like permanent then tick on the same as permanent field, otherwise fill the form accordingly.

In the current address form Mobile No and *Email is automatically filled as per the Sign-Up mail. This mail is useful for the future purpose too.

If you want add Nominee then please fill the form, else skip the form,

The Document needed for online KYC submission are Signature, Citizenship and the location.

  • For signature, do your signature on white paper and click a photo and attach it.
  • For citizenship please submit the front and back part separately as said.
  • For the location map, please use google map, mark your location and crop/snap it and attach it here.
  • Selfie with Document; you should click the selfie image carrying one of the document mention below the tab.

In this declaration you have to tick the two questions; are you involve with the political activities or parties and your involvement in Investment Company?

The last step is to book an appointment with the PMS personnel whom you can talk or meet for further discussion and make yourself clear about the investment. You can enter your preferable date and time for the meeting.

After all this procedure, submit the form and wait for the PMS personnel reply on your E-mail.

Institutional KYC User Manual

  • In Mobile No write your 10 digit mobile number of your institution representatives.
  • In Email column please write your institution valid email address because system will send you the Link for the login,
  • In password field please write your desire password (One capital letter, one special character, including one number with at least 8 digit alpha-numeric password)
  • In confirm password please repeat the previous password.

After entering the basic information in Sign-Up then the system will send you email on your mention email. After clicking the link on your email you will get the following Login screen;

  • On this Login Screen you need to enter your mail address and password which you have entered in previous Sign-Up screen. 

After the Login you will get the first screen of Online KYC, in this screen need to insert your organization logo or photo. After the photo, click on Next bottom for the next tab; Institutional.

** If you are unable to complete the documentation at the running time then you can Save as Draft for the next attempt. You can complete the process in another time.

In the Institutional detail form, you need to fill-up the basic information about your organization.

In the address form you need to fill-up the address of your organization.

The Document needed for online KYC submission are;

  • Regd Certificates is the certificate issued by the Company Register while registration company.
  • PAN or VAT is the number issued by tax authorities.
  • BOD minutes is the meeting minutes of Board of Directors of an organizations.
  • Citizenship is an authorized personnel who is in contact for communication
  • Signature is also an authorized person
  • Location map is the organization where it is.
  • Tax clearance certificate of the latest fiscal year
  • Audited financial report of the latest fiscal year.

The last step is to book an appointment with the PMS personnel whom you can talk or meet for further discussion and make yourself clear about the investment. You can enter your preferable date and time for the meeting.

After all this procedure, submit the form and wait for the PMS personnel reply on your E-mail.
